For over three decades the Washington Aviation Association has presented the Northwest Aviation Conference and Trade Show at the Washington State Fair Events Center in Puyallup, Washington. Since 2000 coordination has been in the hands of Rachel Hansen, owner, NEO Inc. This event has grown to over 75 hours of safety seminars and 122,000 sf of aviation displays with an annual attendance of over 10,000.

Northwest Event Organizers, Inc was originally formed in 2010 when Mason County was losing its Fair & Rodeo after over 100 years.
Rachel had been assisting the County with marketing and had gotten to know what a fantastic event the Fair represented. The Hansens formed a plan to find sponsors, engage the public, organize vendors, carnival and entertainers – all in three months. The result was an amazing community fair with engaging entertainment (including fire breathers - thanks Sharon), grass roots energy, robust open and 4H classes, and plenty of community involvement.
The Hansens managed the Fair and fairgrounds from 2010-2012.
